Personal Resilience: The Key to Coping in Today’s Busy & Demanding Workplace
Why do some people maintain calm, clarity and effectiveness under pressure while others struggle and falter? Studies reveal that people who cope best with stress are resilient. They have a broad range of resilience resources – cognitive, physical and nutritional practices that build and sustain resilience and facilitate quick recovery from adverse situations that generate stress. Resilient people are more likely to:
- Demonstrate a greater sense of personal control
- Have increased capacity to perform well
- Be more effective and productive
- Demonstrate a greater sense of wellbeing
- Demonstrate comparatively good health
- Maintain strong and meaningful relationships
Beating Stress! is a one-day program that will provide you and your team with a range of targeted, evidence-based skills that build personal resilience and will help you to manage stress. During the program you will also:
- Identify issues that generate stress and stand in the way of good health, effective performance and wellbeing.
- Identify your own levels of personal resilience and areas in
