The Saluté Stress Management Coaching Program

Saluté Consulting delivers a specialised Stress Management Coaching Program that enables our clients to take targeted strategic action to reduce stress and to strengthen and maintain personal resilience to stress.

This Coaching Program takes a cognitive, physical and nutritional approach to the subject of strengthening resilience. We draw on leading-edge research developments in each key area, with a large portion of our work being informed by developments and practices in sports psychology, and the positive psychology movement – the study of things people do ‘right’ to maintain high levels of optimism, health, effectiveness, verve and vitality.
