Beating Stress!

The Small Group Mentoring Program

This specialised Small Group Stress Management Training Program assists teams and individuals in managing increasingly complex workplaces and workplace challenges.

Research shows that individuals and teams that can demonstrate skills that reduce stress and strengthen resilience to stress have increased capacity to:

  • Learn
  • Focus
  • Access relevant memory
  • Improve decision making and big picture thinking
  • Effectively mediate emotion
  • Improve interpersonal relationships

When individuals and teams operate at reduced stress levels, they tend to be healthier and happier which in turn contributes to increased productivity and decreased absenteeism in the workplace.

The Small Group Stress Management Training Program offered by Saluté Consulting takes a cognitive, physical and nutritional approach to strengthening and maintaining personal and workplace resilience to stress. We draw on leading-edge research developments in each of these key areas, with a large portion of our work being informed by developments and practices in sports psychology, and the positive psychology movement – the study of things people do ‘right’ to maintain high levels of optimism, health, effectiveness, verve and vitality.
